Boosting
- How long does Iron→Immortal take?
- Roughly 5-12 days at our pace, depending on rank gap and slot availability. Iron→Diamond ~5 days; Diamond→Immortal ~7 days. We default to 'slow play' (1-2 games/day per rank) to avoid Riot's rapid-climb flag — fast mode is available on request.
- Will I get banned for boosting?
- Boosting violates Riot's ToS but rarely results in bans when done correctly. Our 1,247-order safety record: 0 bans tied to boosting itself; 3 restrictions in 18 months, all client-cheating-macro related. We use AU-region VPN matching, slow-play mode, and never disable your 2FA.
- Account-share or duo — which is safer?

- Can you stream the games to me?
- Yes, free option. Booster streams to a private Twitch link only you can view. Useful for trust + you watch carry mechanics in real time.
- What server regions do you cover?
- OCE (primary), SEA, NA, EU, KR. Filter our /boosters page by server. We do NOT VPN your account to a foreign region — booster matches your home region via AU node.
- Can I pause my boost mid-order?
- Yes. Discord DM your assigned booster with 'pause' — they suspend, no charge for paused time. Resume with 'resume'. Pause limit: 14 days.
Coaching
- What's included in a coaching session?
- 60 minutes of voice coaching + 1 VOD review of your last ranked game (15 min of the hour) + post-session PDF report + Aim Lab training plan. Bilingual zh+en. Recording stays on a private link for replay.
- What's the difference between Verified, Gold, Master, Pro tiers?
- Verified (A$55/h) — Diamond active, structured curriculum, good for Iron→Plat. Gold (A$75/h) — Asc 1+, ex-tournament, good for Plat→Dia. Master (A$100/h) — Imm 2+, tournament-experienced, best for Dia→Asc. Pro (A$140/h) — Imm 3+/ex-pro, verifiable competitive history, best for Asc+. - Can I switch coaches mid-package?
- Yes. Discord DM /support with reason. Refund unused hours from old coach, rebook with new coach at original tier price. No penalty.
- Do you offer team coaching for Premier mode?
- Yes. Premier team coaching is A$200/h flat (any tier coach), 5-player Discord call, includes pre-match strats + post-match VOD review. Min 2 hours per booking.
Duo
- How does duo queue pricing work?
- A$10-50 per match across 4 coach tiers × 5 rank ranges. Match = 1 win + 3 connected losses protection (so a queue session always nets positive RR). Iron-Silver A$10-14/match; Imm A$24-32 (Master); Radiant A$50/match (Master only). Full matrix: /services
- What if my rank gap with the booster is too wide for duo?
- Riot allows duo within 4 rank tiers (e.g., Plat 3 client + Asc 3 booster). Beyond that, system blocks. We auto-match a tier-appropriate booster — Plat 3 client gets Asc 3 booster, not Imm 3.
- Do I need to play well, or can I AFK while the booster carries?
- You don't need to play well, but you should plant/defuse + not int. Booster carries fragging. AFK is technically allowed but reduces win rate ~12%, you'll need more matches → costs more total.
Pricing
- Are prices in AUD or USD?
- All prices on this site are AUD (Australian Dollars) including 10% GST. We never quote in USD. What you see on /services is what you pay — no FX surprise. Foreign cards convert from AUD via your bank.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Stripe (Visa/Mastercard/Amex, 1.75% bank fee absorbed by us), PayID (free, AU bank only), WeChat Pay AU (1.4% fee absorbed). NOT accepted: USDT/crypto (AUSTRAC AML), PayPal F&F (no buyer protection).
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes, on orders >A$200 via Stripe AfterPay integration — 4 fortnightly installments, 0% interest. Apply at checkout.
- Is there a first-time discount?
- LAUNCH50 — 50% off your first order, cap A$60 saving. Auto-applies for new accounts.
- What's the cheapest service to try first?
- Iron→Bronze 1 boost (A$30) or 1-hour Verified coaching (A$55). Both let you assess service quality at minimum risk.
Safety
- Do you VPN to my region for account-share?
- Yes. Mullvad VPN with AU node (Sydney/Melbourne, matches client). Logged in writeups available on request. We do NOT use shared/free VPN — those trip Riot's residential-proxy detection.
- Will my 2FA be disabled?
- No. We never disable 2FA. For account-share, we ask you to whitelist the booster's specific IP for the session window via Riot Account Manager. 2FA stays on. After completion, you can revoke the IP whitelist anytime.
- What if my account gets banned?
- 14-day post-completion insurance: if your account is restricted within 14 days of order completion (any cause attributed to boost), 50% refund + free replacement service. If banned for client-side cheating macros, no refund (we screen for these but ultimately your responsibility).
- Is my login stored after the order?
- Auto-deleted within 24h of completion. Stored encrypted (AES-256) during the order window. No employee outside the assigned booster has access. We log the deletion event.
- Do boosters use cheats / scripts?
- No. All boosters sign a contract clause prohibiting any third-party software. Detection: post-match VOD spot-check by trainer + client report system. Booster found cheating = immediate termination + their wage forfeit + your free replacement service.
Refund
- What's your refund policy?
- 13 conditions in /terms, summary: (1) booster not started in 24h → 100% refund; (2) cancelled mid-order → pro-rata; (3) 14-day ban not your fault → 50% refund + replacement; (4) at target rank → no refund; (5) chargebacks invoked = perma-ban from service. ACL (Australian Consumer Law) overrides any clause we have.
- How long do refunds take?
- Stripe: ~5 business days. PayID: ~3 business days. WeChat Pay AU: ~3 business days. Refund to original payment method only — no crypto, no alt accounts.
- Can I dispute a charge if I'm unhappy?
- First: Discord DM /support with order ID + reason. We resolve in 24h. If unresolved, escalate to AU Office of Fair Trading. We do not encourage Stripe chargebacks before completing internal dispute resolution — chargebacks lock your account from future TetraGG service.
Booster Hiring
- How much can I earn as a TetraGG booster?
- Trainee 70% commission ~A$300-800/month. Verified 75% ~A$800-2,000. Gold 80% ~A$2,000-4,500. Master 85% ~A$4,500-8,000. Top Pro tier with consistent orders: A$8k+/month. Apply at /apply.
- What's the minimum rank to apply?
- Diamond+ active, bilingual zh+en, ABN required (we contract you as independent contractor, not employee). 4-step vetting: rank verification, trial order, language test, code-of-conduct training.
Region
- Do you cover non-Australian universities?
- Yes. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, plus expanding to Perth, Adelaide, Auckland (NZ), Singapore (SG). We have boosters in all major OCE/SEA AU/NZ student cities. Filter /boosters by city.
- Do you serve customers outside Australia?
- Yes. Pricing is AUD, but you can buy from anywhere. NA/EU/KR booster availability also covered. Time zones managed via Discord — booster works your hours.
