2. 服务说明
2.1 TetraGG 提供以下三种服务模式：
- 共享代练（Account-sharing boosting）：用户向陪玩师提供 Riot 账号临时凭据，陪玩师代为登录并打到目标段位。
- 双排陪玩（Duo queue）：用户使用本人账号，与陪玩师同步开黑，陪玩师协助上分。
- 教学（Coaching）：陪玩师通过录像复盘、实时语音指导等方式帮助用户提升技术，不涉及账号出借。
2.2 服务仅在用户付款成功后启动。陪玩师接单时间、SLA 时长以订单页面公示为准。
3. 账号风险与 Riot ToS 声明（重要）
3.1 用户须明确知悉并接受：共享代练与双排陪玩均**违反 Riot Games《Valorant 服务条款》**及《用户协议》。下单即视为用户已阅读并同意承担以下风险：
- 代练账号被段位重置（rank reset）、MMR 降低；
- 7 天临时封禁、30 天封禁、永久封禁；
- 账号内皮肤、点券、战令奖励无法找回；
- Riot Games 拒绝受理任何与代练相关的申诉。
3.2 TetraGG 不是 Riot Games 的关联方、不获 Riot Games 授权或背书。Valorant 与 Riot Games 商标均归 Riot Games, Inc. 所有。
3.3 平台已采取风险缓释措施（详见《风险披露书》），但不保证账号绝对安全。
4. 价格与支付
4.1 多币种支持：AUD（澳元）/ USD（美元）/ CNY（人民币）。下单时根据用户所在地与所选支付通道展示对应币种价格。
4.2 税费：
- AUD 价格：默认已含 GST（10%）（一旦平台年营业额达 AUD$75,000 触发 GST 注册义务）；
- USD / CNY 价格：不含任何当地销售税、增值税或个人所得税，由用户自行承担。
4.3 支付通道：Stripe（信用卡）、WeChat Pay（微信支付）、Wise、PayID / Beem It（澳洲本地）、AfterPay（计划中）。注：本平台暂不接受加密货币（数字资产将于 AUSTRAC 数字货币交易服务（DCE）注册后另行公告）。
4.4 退款时效：批准退款后，原路退回，到账时间因通道不同为 1–14 个工作日。

退款申请须在订单完成后 7 日内通过 support@tetragg.au 提交，逾期视为放弃。
6. 账号安全
6.1 凭据管理：
- 平台不长期存储用户账号密码；
- 凭据通过加密通道一次性传递给指定陪玩师，订单完成后 72 小时内自动销毁；
- 用户须在订单完成后 24 小时内自行修改密码，否则后续被盗损失自负。
6.2 VPN 与 IP 匹配：陪玩师在登录代练账号时，须使用与用户相同国家/地区的 VPN 节点，以降低被 Riot 风控触发的概率。
6.3 支付方式锁定：陪玩师不得修改账号绑定的邮箱、手机、支付方式或安全问题。一经发现，平台立即终止陪玩师合作并赔偿用户损失。
6.4 Chargeback 反欺诈：用户在收到完整服务后，若通过信用卡发卡行发起恶意拒付（chargeback），平台保留向其追偿订单金额 200%（作为违约金）及法律费用之权利。
7. 禁止私下交易
7.1 用户与陪玩师严禁通过 Discord DM、微信、QQ、Telegram 等私下渠道绕开平台直接交易。
7.2 一经查实：
- 用户：服务立即终止，不予退款，账号永久拉黑；
- 陪玩师：依据《陪玩师协议》第 7 条处理。
8. 禁止行为
用户与陪玩师在使用服务期间，不得有以下行为：
- 在语音/文字聊天中骂人、辱骂、发表种族/性别歧视言论；
- 在锦标赛排位（tournament queue）中通过陪玩师获取对手情报；
- 利用账号进行游戏内皮肤的真实货币交易（RMT）；
- 为 18 岁以下未成年人开启的小号代练（除非已提交《家长同意书》）；
- 任何违反澳大利亚《刑法》或《2021 年在线安全法》的行为。
9. 知识产权
9.1 用户生成内容（UGC）授权：用户上传至平台的对局录像、聊天记录、评价文字等，授予平台全球、免费、不可撤销、可转授权的使用许可，用于服务运营、案例展示与宣传推广。
9.2 第三方 IP 不侵权声明：平台不主张对 Valorant、Riot Games、英雄、地图、皮肤等任何 Riot IP 的所有权。
10. 责任限制（重要）
10.1 在法律允许的最大范围内，平台对用户的累计赔偿责任不超过该订单已支付金额。
10.2 平台不对以下损失负责：
- 间接损失、附带损失、惩罚性赔偿；
- 利润损失、商誉损失、数据损失；
- 因 Riot Games 封号导致的皮肤、点券、战令奖励价值损失（除《风险披露书》中"50% 退款补偿"条款外）。
10.3 澳大利亚消费者法（ACL）保障：本条款不排除《2010 年竞争和消费者法》附表 2（澳大利亚消费者法）赋予消费者的不可排除的法定权利与保证。如本条款与 ACL 冲突，以 ACL 为准。
11. 争议解决
11.1 第一步：用户应先通过 support@tetragg.au 与平台善意协商，双方应在 30 天内尝试解决。
11.2 第二步：协商不成的，提交至 Resolution Institute（澳大利亚） 进行调解。
11.3 第三步：调解不成的，由 维多利亚州最高法院（Supreme Court of Victoria） 专属管辖。
11.4 本条款适用 维多利亚州法律。
12. 不可抗力
因战争、地震、政府管制、Riot Games 服务器宕机超过 24 小时、跨境支付通道中断等不可抗力导致服务无法提供的，平台不承担违约责任，但应尽力告知用户并办理退款。
13. 条款变更
平台保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将提前 30 天通过注册邮箱通知用户，并在网站首页公示。用户在变更生效后继续使用服务的，视为接受变更。
14. 可分割性与完整协议
14.1 本条款任一条款被认定无效的，不影响其他条款的效力。
14.2 本条款连同《隐私政策》《风险披露书》《家长同意书》（如适用）构成用户与平台之间关于服务的完整协议，取代之前的所有口头或书面约定。

2. Service Description
2.1 TetraGG offers three modes:
- Account-sharing boosting — User shares Riot credentials; Booster logs in and plays to Target Rank.
- Duo queue — User plays on their own account in party with the Booster.
- Coaching — Booster reviews replays and provides live voice guidance; no account sharing.
2.2 Services commence only after successful payment. Acceptance window and SLA are stated on the order page.
3. Account Risk & Riot ToS Acknowledgement (CRITICAL)
3.1 The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that account-sharing and duo-queue boosting violate the Riot Games Valorant Terms of Service and User Agreement. By placing an order the User accepts:
- Rank reset and MMR demotion;
- 7-day suspension, 30-day suspension or permanent ban;
- Loss of in-game skins, Valorant Points, Battle Pass rewards;
- Refusal by Riot Games to entertain any boosting-related appeal.
3.2 TetraGG is NOT affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc. All Valorant and Riot Games trademarks are property of Riot Games, Inc.
3.3 The Platform has implemented mitigation measures (see Risk Disclosure), but does not guarantee account safety.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Multi-currency: AUD / USD / CNY, displayed based on User location and selected payment rail.
4.2 Tax:
- AUD prices are GST-inclusive (10%) once the Platform crosses the AUD$75,000 GST registration threshold.
- USD / CNY prices are exclusive of any local sales/value-added/income tax — User bears local liability.
4.3 Payment rails: Stripe (credit cards), WeChat Pay, Wise, PayID / Beem It (Australia local), AfterPay (planned). Note: cryptocurrency is not currently accepted; will be announced separately upon AUSTRAC Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) registration.
4.4 Refund timing: 1–14 business days after approval, returned via the original payment method.

Refund requests must be lodged via support@tetragg.au within 7 days of order completion; otherwise waived.
6. Account Security
6.1 Credential handling:
- Platform does NOT retain account passwords long-term.
- Credentials are transmitted one-time via encrypted channel and purged within 72 hours of order completion.
- User must change password within 24 hours of completion; later compromise is User's risk.
6.2 VPN region matching: Booster connects from the same country/region as the User to reduce Riot anti-cheat flagging.
6.3 No payment method changes: Booster shall not modify the bound email, phone, payment method, or security questions. Violation results in immediate Booster termination and User compensation.
6.4 Chargeback fraud penalty: If a User initiates a fraudulent chargeback after receiving full service, the Platform reserves the right to recover 200% of order value (as liquidated damages) plus legal costs.
7. No Private Trading
7.1 Users and Boosters are strictly prohibited from circumventing the Platform via Discord DM, WeChat, QQ, Telegram or any private channel.
7.2 Upon discovery:
- User — service immediately terminated, no refund, permanent blacklist.
- Booster — handled per Section 7 of the Booster Agreement.
8. Prohibited Conduct
During use of the Services neither User nor Booster shall:
- Engage in toxicity, harassment, racist or sexist remarks in voice/text chat;
- Use Booster as a source of opponent intel in tournament queue;
- Conduct real-money trading (RMT) of in-game skins;
- Boost smurf accounts created for or by persons under 18 (unless valid parental consent is on file);
- Violate the Australian Criminal Code or the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 UGC licence: User-generated content (replays, chat logs, reviews) uploaded to the Platform is licensed to TetraGG on a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable basis for service operation, case studies and marketing.
9.2 Third-party IP: The Platform asserts no ownership over Valorant, Riot Games, agents, maps, skins or other Riot IP.
10. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
10.2 The Platform is NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages;
- Loss of profit, goodwill or data;
- Loss of skin/VP/Battle Pass value resulting from Riot bans (save the "50% refund" remedy in the Risk Disclosure).
10.3 ACL safe harbour: Nothing in these Terms excludes the non-excludable consumer guarantees under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law). Where these Terms conflict with the ACL, the ACL prevails.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Step 1 — Negotiation: parties shall negotiate in good faith via support@tetragg.au for 30 days.
11.2 Step 2 — Mediation: unresolved disputes shall be referred to the Resolution Institute (Australia) for mediation.
11.3 Step 3 — Litigation: failing mediation, the Supreme Court of Victoria has exclusive jurisdiction.
11.4 Governing law: Victoria, Australia.
12. Force Majeure
War, earthquake, government action, Riot Games server outage exceeding 24 hours, or interruption of cross-border payment rails shall excuse Platform performance, provided that the Platform notifies Users and processes refunds.
13. Changes to Terms
The Platform may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via registered email and a homepage banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
14.1 If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force.
14.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Parental Consent Form (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between User and Platform, superseding all prior oral or written arrangements.
