No screenshare lag
Discord Go Live screenshare to a Sydney coach: ~80ms one way. Same to a Frankfurt coach: 280ms+. You can't coach mechanics across that round-trip — every "no go left" arrives a beat late.

Mechanics in EN, macro in 中文
Crosshair placement, jiggle peek, util lineups — Riot teaches these in English, OCE callouts are English (A short / heaven / showers), so we keep the mechanics layer in English. Game sense, default round logic, economy theory — those are abstract enough that Mandarin lets you actually internalize the framework instead of translating every sentence.
Real callouts, not transliterations
B 主 / A 大 / 中信仰 — Chinese Valorant community has its own callout set that drifts from OCE/NA standard. Your team in ranked is mixed, so you need both. Our coaches teach the OCE canonical callout but train you to bridge — "B main 主仓" so your mixed-language team isn't confused under pressure.
IELTS-grade English doesn't mean game-sense English
You can ace a 7.5 IELTS and still freeze when an Aussie IGL says "we're defaulting B, hit on contact, save guns if we lose first 5." Bilingual coaching closes that specific gap — high-pressure shotcalling vocab in English, but explained in Mandarin first.
VODs replayed in your language
You don't want to spend the first 10 minutes of a 60-minute session translating "what does post-plant mean." Bilingual VOD review skips that — coach pauses, narrates in your language, you ask clarifying questions in your language, takeaway notes written in both.

We're scoping a weekend in-person clinic format at Strathfield-area PC-bangs (ESPS and a couple of independent venues are in conversation). Format would be 3-hour group clinics, 4-6 students per coach, AUD$100/student covering coach + venue. No partnership is signed yet — when we announce one it will be on /partners with the ABN-backed agreement attached. Until then, all coaching is remote via Discord screenshare.

看你母语和你想要的反馈节奏。母语中文的学生用中文听课，吸收效率高 30-50%，尤其是 game-sense 类抽象概念（节奏 / 默认 / 经济 / 控点）走中文术语理解更快。母语英文或想顺便提升英语战术沟通的，选英文教练能直接学到 OCE / NA 标准 callout（A short / B heaven / mid mail / showers 这类）。TetraGG 多数 booster 是 bilingual EN+中文，VOD review 阶段可以混着讲——讲 mechanics 用英文术语，讲 macro 用中文展开，这是留学生最高效的学法。预约时在备注里写偏好就行。

目前 (2026) 没有签约级合作。我们在跟悉尼几个校园 esports 协会和 Strathfield 的 ESPS 线下网咖谈「周末线下集训」的场地协议，落地之前不会写成「已合作」。线下教学目前都是按需开，学生约 3 人以上一起报，教练飞 Sydney 或借 ESPS 包间是可以谈的，按 100-140/小时 + 场地分摊。任何已签约的合作我们会在 /partners 和 ABN 备案的发票上同步——没看到不要信第三方代理的「打着 TetraGG 名头」宣传。
标准是 60 分钟为一个 session，结构：0-15 分钟 intake（看你的当前赛季截图 / 最近 10 局战绩 / 你自己提的问题），15-45 分钟 live play 或 VOD review（一起进 ranked / 自定义房 / 看你已经录好的 VOD），45-60 分钟 takeaway（写 3 条可执行的练习清单，下次课验收）。新学员第一节建议买双倍 120 分钟，第一节往往要花一节课摸清你的现状再开始真改东西。Diamond+ 学员单节 60 分钟够用因为问题更聚焦。
Sydney 中心到 Riot OCE Sydney server 走 NBN 光纤一般 18-32ms，4G 移动网 35-55ms，校园 WiFi 看楼龄一般 25-50ms。教练给你讲 timing / peek window 的时候这个延迟段是 Riot 设计目标内，不会因为延迟导致 callout 失真。SEA 服（Singapore / KL）从 Sydney 走 130-180ms，不推荐——会让你练出错误的 timing 习惯。OCE 服优先，亚服只在你想跟亚洲 friend 开黑或练高 ping 时再上。
