Pick the tier roughly 2 ranks above your current. A Silver player benefits more from a Verified coach (Diamond) than a Master (Immortal) — too big a gap and the coach's habits won't transfer. Master tier is for Ascendant+ players chasing Immortal and 5-stacks doing Premier.

Yes — and most clients do. Discord DM the same coach to rebook. Tier 3+ coaches (Gold / Master) track 25%+ repeat clients as part of their promotion criteria, so continuity is built in.
